Way out of line after each team fires salvos at each other! While Gers may have reason to think that high, over 750 Mil' you say, well once the figures come out, (If the Lawyers and KK have the guts to state them,) the judge will think; "How the He-- am I going to adjudicate that much?"
I would rather think a much lower figure, (The final judgement will be lower almost certainly), but have a pleasant surprise if we get a load that only a Brinks Truck or C-130 could haul out the tons of money?
Time to think big and have high expectations when creating and selling a product, and not having anyone disrupt your goals, but when settling a legal suit, unforseen factors, (Circumstances) tend to drop the asking price down, way down in some cases!
I don't know what ICM's financial circumstances are, but you can almost bet that Cash is being diverted right now to one or more "Capital Expenditures," maybe an amount much higher than the average over a number of years, and cannot be converted to cash to cover all the Royalties and damages, and then prove that this effort is like other ICM efforts earlier to brand Gers as Illegal, then we can start packing the Picnic lunches! ICM would then be the culprits instead of Gers? I am sure there are many ways ICM can show a much lower bottom line? I am positive that the Kings and Queens that run ICM, in their anger, might revert to illegal activities to win-out on their hated Gers foe! They've done things like that before, especially selling or contracting-out Gers products! Maybe it wouldn't be too much trouble for Gers to show the latest Capital/Financial outlays of ICM for maybe a 3 year period, when their as--- were being fried in court the first time, and if proven to be spending a great deal more on Capital Outlays than the average C-Outlays for the last 10 years or so, and their bottom line was proven to take a drastic cut in cash and yearly profits, then the Ball would be Gers's court, where they can hammer away until the Judges see the light? As I visualize the scenario, feeling that the Vultures and Alley Cats of ICM are Merciless/Thoughtless in their Business dealings, as when they were selling Gers products under the indemnity clause with their Customers, they seemed to want to "CRUSH" Gers any way they could, even if it was underhanded or illegal! If Gers can catch those Rats in an illegal activity, or show that they wanted to harm a competitor in other than the Legal Business practices established into Law years ago, then we can "Check Mate" their as--- once and for all?
Then from being the bad guy as Gers was judged to be in the original suit, ICM will look as bad as Barry Bonds was when tripping with PED's just to make Mark McGuire look ineffectual, just so he can get all the attention and adulation!! Good Luck Gers Investors, you deserve the best!!! TWA...
