Yes :) Well, I doubt such a significant (compared to the PPS, not to EPS or book value) wouldn't lead to an increase in PPS, but the main thing - for me - is to support the PPS so that it doesn't reach new lows.

However, I think a 25% yield (unless BOD manage to mess it up so that the market believes TRW is of) would rise the PPS significantly; there are many of the current investors who, although fed up with the lack of shareholder-friendly actions, would like to increase their shares, but who are out of money (and/or want SIAF to prove shareholder-friendliness).

Also, people "on the fence" would have to choose sides, and a side-effect of all this might be that TA-people join in as well. We might even get some publicity and thereby new investors, at least after a few confirmed payments.

This could get the ball running, and people might be willing to take higher risks (about how long it will take before the TRW-dividend) and thereby a higher PPS.

However, I have no idea what to expect from the PPS with a quarterly dividend of 15 cents. Under normal circumstances it would skyrocket (TRW-dividend valued at say 4$ and cash dividend of 0.6$? you tell me what the PPS should be), but with SIAF I have no idea - there are reasons to why the PPS is so low, some justified and some unjustified. Some will go away/be reduced, some will remain just as strong.
