Africa's software could be duplicated, it doesn't use our patent. The Patent is only good in the USA. Nigeria doesn't use our Fed for money, they have their own source.

The patent is only good for 20 years and it can not be renewed. Ed has already used 5 or 6 years of the 20 and he hasn't done a thing with it. Who knows if it ever will be used.

Everything Ed has started has potential. Ed does not have the skill set to implement it and to keep it running. Ed needs someone else to run the US division. I believe in myec I just don't believe in Ed.
