That's great information - I did not know Davidson Berquist was such a prestigious firm.

If would just make no sense for Susman to give up rights to a potential CAFC ruling if the CAFC ruling was viewed as a high-risk area and also that the firm representing WDDD in a potential CAFC ruling couldn't be trusted to represented them. This is a non-issue.
