Distribution Percentage for 2018

Each Board today announced the Distribution Percentage for the calendar year 2018 will remain at 21%, which will be applied to the net asset value of each Fund as of the end of October 2017 to determine the Distribution Amount for 2018. The Distribution Percentage is not a function of, nor is it related to, the investment return on a Fund's portfolio.



I read somewhere that the share price was calculated to drop in to the $13.37 range. Whats the rule of thumb, sell the news buy the rumor. Im going to wait to see where the dust settles.
