From 8K dated 6-22-17, "Item 9.01. Financial Statements and Exhibits

(a) Financial statements of businesses acquired.

The financial statements required will be filed by amendment not later than 71 calendar days after June 12, 2017.

(b) Pro forma financial information.

The financial information required will be filed by amendment not later than 71 calendar days after June 12, 2017."

By my calculation, August 22, 2017 was the 71st day. I don't care about posts claiming a corporate officer said this or that. If an 8K promises filing by the 71st day, DO IT!!!
