Nope, to my knowledge, no one has mentioned Lifetech Capital on this board so far other than you, but I'lll bite.

Who are they - the i-bankers for the convertible note(s)? Was just reading up on that this evening.

Not ideal terms but probably the price of admission to the club I think AEPP aspires to join.
