Hahaha, Boomer! Basically, the court case I was referring too wasnt that the company done anything wrong. All the licensees for medical marijuana in Maryland were sued because some felt minorities didn't get a fair shake in the process. That suit held up Maryland marijuana. This company is currently a shell company with Mackie Barch managing a MMJ company. The gamblers here are placing bets that he will eventually roll that company into his shell.
