The hearing in this proceeding was held on August 9, 2017. I ORDER the following post-hearing schedule:
1. By August 25, 2017, the parties shall jointly file paper copies of their exhibits, both admitted and those offered but not admitted, with the Commission’s Office of the Secretary. See 17 C.F.R. §§ 201.350(a)(3), (b), .351(c).
2. Also by August 25, 2017, the parties shall file a joint list of admitted exhibits and exhibits that were offered but not admitted. See 17 C.F.R. § 201.351(b). This list should specify the exhibit number; description of the exhibit; Bates-stamp numbers, if any; and page(s) in the hearing transcript on which the exhibit was offered and admitted, if applicable.
3. By September 8, 2017, the parties shall file proposed transcript corrections, if any, whether by motion or stipulation. See 17 C.F.R. § 201.302(c). Any objections to proposed transcript corrections are due by September 15, 2017.
4. By September 29, 2017, the parties shall simultaneously file their opening post-hearing briefs. See 17 C.F.R. § 201.340(a), (b). The parties are not required to submit separate filings with proposed, enumerated findings of fact. But the parties’ factual assertions should be accompanied by citations to the record.

5. By October 20, 2017, the parties shall file their responsive post- hearing briefs and counterstatements to proposed findings of fact, if any. The parties should provide electronic courtesy copies of all of these post- hearing submissions. Electronic copies of the exhibits should be provided in a format, such as PDF, that is paginated identically to the paper copies submitted to the Secretary. In addition to being filed with the Secretary’s office, the parties’ exhibit list, proposed transcript corrections and objections, and post-hearing briefs should be emailed to alj@sec.gov, in both PDF text- searchable format and MS Word format. _______________________________ Jason S.
