The QR does not 'suggest' there was a problem with JV partner. There was. CGRA stopped drilling, redid the deal in early August as stated in the QR, and let's hope drilling resumed. CGRA is the partner with the DEEP pockets, with millions to spend, and they prudently stopped just short of finishing to get leverage in the renegotiations. That's what I read in the report, and guess what happen. Business partners can be a real pain sometimes, and let's hope that CGRA, got it done right. I'd like to know more, so lets see if Wright provides additional details.
