A scam company issues fraudulent PR's and fraudulent financials, while innocent investors buy the stock based on these PR's and financials and lose 99.9% of their investment as the stock price drops to $0.0001.

are you seriously saying that they are not victims here?


Hard to find a true victim of a penny stock in 2017.........IMHO
