The only Reason PIXEL CARROT can still be HUNG out there, to unsuspecting Investors, is that Vert Capital Controls them. Obvious why Pixel NO FINANCIALS or NO COMMUNICATION. SPCL CEO, NEGLECTED to file Termination 8-k, and none of the SPCL Shareholders would have been the wiser, except Migme CEO Filed Properly.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
