Debt has to be managed in a manner that the price per share will continue to increase while more debt is taken on...probably won't be free of debt until profit comes in from selling our superior products...the idea is not to issue shares for severely discounted conversions...issue another (larger) note (for preferred shares) and use some of those proceeds to pay off the earlier note in cash...not common shares...the company's shares are GOLDEN...treat them and keep them that way...peabody...Max...
