We have an $PGAS investor whom it appears decided to let go of some of their $PGAS shares today. All good, I've been collecting.

FWIW, this is a prime example of how the OtC market is fugged up. Companies like $PGAS should be trading .5 + while the no revenue, scam dumps should be trading down here with market caps under $25 mil. Amazing, but it is what it is.
