When and until a white knight third party arrives that argument does not hold water.
The current BOD is responsible for the share price. What are they doing to prop it up.
What did they do to stop the reverse split. WE needed to get to $1.00 and while they said we know a RS would not be good. They sold at ATM into any chance we had to get there. How about anything anything from them on the positive side. What did they do to help the SP. NOTHING what did they do to hold it down. VIA the ATM everything.. No PR's ,NO minor deals, They did nothing to get us to $1.00 and
made sure we would not get there by selling shares ATM. Screw them, they have got to go, and I don't want anyone they try to put into place to continue this sham charade.
