WORTH-REPEATING: WHY-THE-END-IS-NEAR-FOR $ZMRK: Both-the-California-and-Nevada-Secretary-of-State-have-suspended $ZMRK-because-of-non-payment-of-the-yearly-filing-fees. Zalemark has "surrendered" their ability to conduct business in both those states.

It seems that Zalemark likes to release PR but hates to sell any jewelry. No news announcement or press release ever happened.
Investors would have to be idiots to think that Crayola or M&M-Mars would renew the licenses.
Zalemark is run by the felon Steven Zale, a convicted and imprisoned (for 3 years) drug dealer.
Steven Zale (along with his wife) also plead guilty to embezzling close to $300,000 from his wife's employer.
This company is a sham/scam.
$ZMRK IS NOT OVERSOLD. The PPS is in the toilet for a reason. A few of the million share stockholders started to dump this week. MORE WILL FOLLOW!!! (As stated way above, I predicted this three weeks ago). For every seller there has to be a buyer. It's very easy to buy huge amounts of stock at the current price of $0.002 or lower (forget the inflated price of $0.003, as the "ask slapper" purchases 888 or 8888 shares just to get a higher close). There are NO BUYERS of large blocks of stock at higher prices. The risk takers will buy stock cheap. But ZMRK is going to slide into triple zeros or go bankrupt. There have been no sales/revenues for years. And when there were sales, all of those sales were later written off as uncollectible bad debt. But who got the merchandise that went out the door on that bad debt. My guess is it came back to Steven Zale, Raymond Ruiz, Caren Currier and Ernest Martel. This is an UNAUDITED company that screws the stockholders, stakeholders and private money investors.
