Jackle,
The sad part is "China" in "KNOWN" for buying a really good product X that is patented. Then gripping, ripping and stripping it apart to study it's inner workings. Then building their own product XX, saying screw the rest of the business world and "their" patents and selling product XX internally. They are famous for it and have done it countless times. They're attitude is simple ---"take us to court and try to collect."
Just my own opinion.
