10k out. Here's what's new that I gleaned. 1. They are open to engaging in any business medical devices not in scope specifically as in the past. 2. Willingness to engage with a company outside the US. This is not new but what's new is it's called out specifically.

Looking forward to a burst in volume and share price here in 2017
