It would only make me nervous if we were on a downtrend when the reverse split happened. But it needs to happen at some point for this thing to be healthy long-term because 500 million shares at one dollar would make the market $500 million which is unreasonable to sustain in the near future for the agtk. But long term less shares means greater movement with news also. So it has some advantages especially to uplift.
