"Personal Gain" is in the eye of the beholder. As controller of more than 60% of the voting shares KK can fulfill any of his fantasies "in the interest of the company". You, I, the courts would not call that personal gain, but since it would fulfill his personal agenda KK would see it otherwise. Whether the use of the windfall (in whatever business fantasy that KK wishes to fulfill) is truly in the best interest of shareholders and the company is a completely different discussion.

As long as there is no real corporate governance for GERS that is the risk any one takes who is in this gambit based on the long-term financial growth of GERS. If you think that these statements are fatalistic; a little reading would be in order. Until proven otherwise, history has a tendency to recapitulate itself.
