Yeah well everyone learned in the JDZ that once you drill one dry hole the probability of drilling 4 more dry holes goes up no matter how many ”prospects" there are. And to make matters worse, the probability that anyone wants to take the risk and drill again goes way down. 6 years of inactivity in the JDZ proves that. And now we have almost 1 and 1/2 years of inactivity in Block 11A.

Besides, why would Kenya and CEPSA go forward with a company that can't pay its current bills and can't contribute anything going forward? Some seem to think that ERHC bought the block and own it forever no matter what they do. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
