Frontloading, I see that as well. According to Nevada Factor X Corporation was dissolved. Also I see the 30 million "C" shares issued to Factor X Corporation in the recent American Green 8-Q report. I did a google search on Mr Kevin Twaddle and Factor X Corporation and came up empty. Maybe you have more information on this. If you have please post it.

Does that mean these shares are worthless as Factor X Corporation is dissolved in Nevada and no mention of the President Mr Kevin Twaddle in related searches.
