Thanks Guido. I normally just read and not contribute much but today I want to say thanks because I think I only have a few months till recap and release and we might look back and remember those who shared and made a difference.
I am long and believe that an injustice has taken place. I have bet large that it will be corrected. I like reading the new information this board digs up form all over the web. The good as well as the bad. Everyone is starving for knowledge and drowning in information. Boards like this help sort out the BS to a degree. Some here try to as you say act like a donkey. I had a friend in my 20's that did that just to see a backlash and he didn't have a penny in the outcome. I think we have that here also. The older or smarter I get I find it easier to see that persons agenda. My agenda is I have a stake in the GSE's and therefore I actively watch that investment. Yes I want to retire younger than my friends so I work more than they do. I actively take care of myself, I do not expect uncle Sam to take care of me like I want.
I really believe the GSE's will be released and recapped. I know they still have people that want to steal their profits. Every one wants a golden Goose. That destroys the bad business model doesn't it. If it was so bad it would have been killed. These two highly profitable GSE's are how I could purchase my first house, second house, third house and yes fourth house. Wish I had more but who doesn't(Just ask our government). I can't wait till the law suits wind their way through our court system and I get 8 years of profits minus the recap the company's need to protect them selves.
I see a double barrel shotgun. One barrel is the release check to investors. 8 years worth...you do the math. The second barrel is the share price going up to a more realistic number that reflects it's earnings and PE ratio... Again you do the math. Just another opinion that may or may not have any value to you but its your choice. You have to live with it, not me.
