Not sure what you mean here, I have a contract with my tenants/renters. Binding agreement if done in good faith and arms reach. In other words I can not gift myself all the money for nothing in perputity/forever. They get the use of my property for $ per month. The rights of share holders will prevail in my opinion. Back to the lawyers to fight that for us.

I like a realistic approach is best also. Science tries to mimic nature. Its not natural to have a company profits stolen by any one party. As a US citizen I have not received a check from my favorite uncle Sam. Have you? I would love to see that check. That's right I will when my share of my investment returns to me. I can wait, don't like it, but I can wait. The judicial system is slow but grinds things up very fine.
