For many reasons including a Conflict of Interest
with her privately owned and profitable St Elie
bottling facility located in Quebec.

Plus - Francine fired a new Auditor because he would
not follow her instructions on how to Audit BRWC,
and she did not hire another Auditor to complete
the Audits and this is why BRWC was deregistered
from the SEC.
