If there is anything that is a game changer, it is issuing a bench warrant for boley's arrest. He will either show up to court or fail to show up to court and loose out on the case.

I think this court case would be what all of the investment community ( big whales and sharks) was waiting for all along. The outcome could now be a 50/50 shot of being an absolute monster increase in value.

I have my doubts about this take over group, but at least they are producing action and are prepared to go to court over it.
