To answer my own question, Mersky is probably not doing either. What's funny is if you look at SNNC, they are dark, so moving all of imbutek over to SNNC means he doesn't need to report anything, no income, no revenue, nothing, or as is reality doesn't have to show those divisions were all BS. It would appear all of Imbutek was only used to pump and dump billions of shares onto DRNK shareholders. Pretty sleazy move as now no one will know what ever becomes of imbutek, as again, it is now part of a dark and "stop sign" company on OTCmarkets.com Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
