Below is a brief summary of what I considered meaningful positive updates they have provided since 2014. I included the ones I thought were meaningful even if they never did happen because it influenced investors view of the stock at the time of their release.
For reference, the big run ups in price were
largest was from February to May 2014. (10 million LPC funding)
second largest was from May 2014 to Aug 2014 (UPT announced and Ustian joining board)
followed by a run in Feb 20116 (announcment of Bedi joining advisory board)
with the smallest being the April to June 2017 (announcement of, up to Craftsmen demonstration)
20140220 - Mark Hodowanec becomes Chief Technology Officer
20140224 - $10 million stock purchase agreement with Lincoln Park Capital (never materialized)
20140319 - Scott Van Dorn (current Engineering Director at Navistar)
20140501 - Ultimate Power Truck showcase center announced (has yet to open/operate/function)
20140812 - William Finley (current CFO at Siemens Industry and Drive Technology leading engineer)
20140917 - Dan Ustian, Former CEO of Navistar joins advisory board
20150318 - Debuts MG at Work Truck Show (only cardboard displays with words, no truck, no pictures, nor videos).
20150825 - Dick Schul (Vice President Emerson Climate Technologies) and Dan Bowman (current CEO of Bristol Virginia Utilities) join advisory board
20160204 - Burminder Bedi (former Vice President at Ford, managed Truck Division)
20170127 - Working demonstration at North American Auto Show with video of graphical interface. First time any part of MG system publicly shown.
20170302 - Signs Agreement in Principle with Craftsmen. Agreement is they vet technology after which (if they decide too I think) they bring customers to CoolTech in return they have business of installing units.
20170427 - Demonstration at Craftsmen with video of all components and responses to questions asked during demonstration.
20170525 - Craftsmen orders 10 80KVA MG systems
20170606 - Demonstration to Commercial trucking companies (I think it was Rush, Freightliner and Idealease…?)
20170606 - Signs Alliance with Veteran Technology Group to share royalties on sales involving both of their products (small company with military contacts)
20170619 - Hires David Gerrard(former manager of Navistar’s Chicago International Trucks, where he focused on sales)
