Yes this all make perfect sense now, why VLDI does not have any sales and why they need NDA's from all the beta, field, demo, and sales pipeline testers. The product is so poorly written that any one simply testing the product to see what it can do can easily steal the code and the product trade secrets including how the product works. This explains it all, why no one after testing the product wants it because it is so poorly written that one can not simply use the product without being revealed to VLDI's trade secrets. It also explains why VLDI never released the name of the party that did the quality of the code verification.
VLDI sure has a product winner here, base on this latest news! The VP product is so insecure that the most respected labs and research groups in the industry (that test the major marketable cyber security programs out there) can't also be put under NDAs to test the product in a lab environment, so they can write a third party independent product review and how the product stacks out against the competition. I ask again what is Bruce and VLDI really afraid of?
This has to be the biggest spin story to date and also explains why SAIC did not test the product or why Bruce claims that they never tested the product. It does matter which one is true only that no one other than Bruce claims the product works after all these years, beta tests, field tests, demos, and sales pipelines.
Stop listening to the man behind the curtain, he is a spin meister and the VP product is only smoke and mirrors, especially if it can't withstand a simple product review by some of the top market research firms in the industry.
