That wasn't my statement, it was directly from PPHM filing in the link provided. UTSWMC license agreement from Aug2001 and Aug2005:

"Expiration date of the license agreement occurs upon expiry of underlying patents. These patents, that may issue as patents, are currently set to expire between 2019 and 2021."


These "between 2019 and 2021" dates are consistent with 20-year patent life from the dates of those patents filed.
