I would contend government fraud was committed. I can't imagine the financials necessary for TSA government contract awards attained acceptable scores unless of course they were falsified or at minimum contained gross errors. Those financials, submitted with their proposal that they won, were signed for by the CEO, CFO and probably could implicate their accounting firm during that time.

Guess we were as duped as the US Government was when they awarded the IMSC contracts.
