That's an honest answer Whip

For me, the biggest red flag is not the dilution or drop in price by 50%.

It is the fact CEO is LYING about this dilution and says it never happened.

Besides his evasion shenanigans, that's the worst thing a CEO can possibly do, and usually signals serious internal issues within company.
