Those last financing pr' s that came out was like 45mil shares at .0825 when u put them together or so...both have 10% steak in the company....on top 2 mil was already attained so...and we have 4 mil from a form D ..8/10/17 which puts us at 9.902962 mil in financing so far .....surpassing the 8 mil needed...that part is done..now we need to be in compliance with Nasdaq up list qualifications and boom...all while prolanta is curing cancer.
