ok, so worst case it takes another 18 months....


and we have to dilute to 150 million OS......will Pluristem reverse split or not?

the norm is 1 for 10 so that takes it down to 15 mill OS....

shareholder owns 20,000 shares and now has 2,000 shares.....

the norm is 2 years for a company to get back to pre split unless one of two things happen, change of leadership or a immediate merger after the rs......

so, the real gamble comes will they RS at a higher OS or not.......

if not then we are Golden.....some companies can handle a 200-300 OS with no problem.....I would like management to address the future guidance on dilution soon......and I get the market cap so don't need to explain it.....

dilution is about funding growth or high expenses and research.....a RS signals to market that a company has both and low if any revenue in near future......imhop
