Its funny how Dan can give it, but can't take it.

Look Dan is running the SRSR/Nio Star show and shareholders or creditors have the right to praise Dan or to criticize him, its their right.

I , personally, think Dan is doing a miserable job and running the company into the ground.

What has he done positively in his almost three year tenure?

Nothing that I can see.

What has he done wrong?

The company is broke, the company has lost 5 properties because Dan does not know what he is doing, the company is broke,he has proven himself unethical in fiduciary matters, his pump attempts are pathetic scams,the company does not even have a website, it can't even pay for the storage of its archival cored,creditors suing for 7 figures in claims, no shareholder meetings, no material PR's are issued and Dan's past history point to another disastrous failure.

Like it or not Dan owns this, not anyone or anything in the past no matter how hard one tries to delude themselves.
