What can I tell you? ECGR isn't an SEC filer so they can't be "suspended" as a result of an action taken by them. And FINRA can only "halt" trading in a stock otherwise. And there's no news of filings at OTCM to indicate anything has changed. So, wait and see what tomorrow brings since you can't trade it now anyway.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
