article states BARDA will decide by EOY, do you have inside info that it has been approved....?

$5 pps and then dilution, Really?...........

how will it get to $5 without any revenue and if they do have revenue to support $5 a share they won't need dilution......

the registration is telling everyone they will dilute......a basic business course does amazing things.....
