Should have been flushed when fraud charges were filed.
Here's another Barton scam with NO products, No Revenue, and a sordid history that no respectable company would want to join.
There are TONS of pinks praying for mergers, and not all are as despicable as Barton's.
So why not join one of those instead of getting mixed up in one whose owner stole millions from investors?
Almost every stinky-pinky I watch seems to have a new CEO or "management team" promising a merger is coming that will miraculously save the company.
Funny how so many of them have been convicted of fraud before.
