From Nolle's comments I do not see a buyout in the cards at all. True she gives Lombardo's background as a positive but goes ahead and details an active search for yet another CEO which really doesn't give much credence to a buyout idea, very sorry to say as I thought this was a real possibility by end of this month but sounds like this is going to be a long hard trek to the promised land.
