The President should be the smartest kid in the class, every class. Not the guy who can garner the most votes to win. He should surround himself with bright, capable people, some who might even oppose his basic beliefs. Then he and his people should go to work; to govern as they feel best, for the country.

Is this, does this, describe Trump? No.
