Mngt have their eyes on the prize and are looking at the targets. JV yes, but I don't believe they are thinking buyout at any price. Facilities expansion, new hires, scalability, material variations all make me believe they want to be behind the wheel on this. LWLG hasn't developed a minor improvement to an application. They have a life changing tech that will open up a new era. 20 years from now variations will still be being developed. Scientists and visionaries such as these will want to oversee that. It's their life's work and not for sale. They will be wealthy either way.
