...yes anyone can buy them "subject to" BAT's rights under a licensing agreement which would be exclusive as to BAT's territories...PM not about to do that or anyone else.

When XXII needed money, they sold license on the cheap for revenue. It will now affect its ultimate value. $7MM is chump change now.
