It means current holders are not selling and buyers are waiting to make sure we have a stable base. Seems to be holding and the chart is still showing bullish signs which is why current holders are holding. Might take a few days but it's pre-breakout according to the signals on the chart. A bullish dragonfly doji and upsignal formed on the daily today and a bullish flag pattern has almost finished forming. Once it does, expect another breakout to the upside. It's also bouncing off the uptrend line which is another bullish sign.
