LOLOL...Maybe in Pickett's fantasy dreamworld.
Back in reality, he's a low level penny-scammer with a physics defying nonsense "project".

We are getting close....with permanent financial funding nearly completed, we will soon have the break ground date, power delivery date and with that the power agreements being signed.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
