Agreed, reliable news "could" be next April for all we know. And as you state they aren't required to file financial statements, progress reports pr's or any type of communication since they are a private company. However, they are offering it up in the form of videos and pics of the equipment in action (in its current operational and working state), and "unfiltered" responses to the progression of the project, which to me, says a lot more than an "official pr".
Audited financials would be nice in the form of 10Q's and so forth, but I think that will be on the way in the future. Hopefully sooner than later I suppose....
Honestly, seeing the machine running, and churning the biodegradeables through the process adds confidence to me and that is one of the reasons to add to my investment.
Until proven otherwise: that this machine is a sham held together by rubberbands, duct tape and used parts from a 1910 steam engine with a chipmunk running on a treadmill behind the scenes, I'm giving this company some serious leeway.
