Mr Fister This is a progress report. "Tri-way Industries Ltd. is near completion of all requisite documents and documentation pertaining to the allocation of TW ownership and fully paid-up capital (US$340.5 million) to its respective owner-partners." We don't know what documnts that are referred to.
