And I have been right every single time

The company has :

NO MONEY.
NO substantial sales on their core product since inception (YEARS)
Almost no employees. (Very likely none that get paid.)
The company had to liquidate its assets to pay off debt issues.
That debt just got transferred into NEW Equity SHARES!!
MASSIVE DILUTION.

ALL technicals point to continued downtrend
ALL fundamentals point to a continued downtrend.

ZERO information from the company is NOT A GOOD THING.
