POW!did resurrect therealstanlee.com website and they were probably overly generous with payouts to leaving employees.

But, I think Stan Lee's Lucky Man brought in more money than my original projects (maybe Zodiac Legacy, too) and I don't think POW! paid Disney the $4+ million back (it would certainly spark a lawsuit).

I'm thinking the payout is 5 to 7 cents.

I think there is still too much uncertainty for people to buy, right now. It's taken POW! far too long to do the proxy statement. Who knows how long it will still take.
