This worthless pile has set a record of sorts in their filings. Last actual filing was a 10Q back in Oct 2015.

Since then Leopold has not submitted a single 10Q or 10K. But he seems to think filing NT10Ks and NT10Qs will keep him out of trouble with the SEC.

I guess our fearless CEO doesn't read what he files in the NTs in which he promises to file within 5 additional days for the Qs and 15 additional days for the Ks.

Absolute and complete scam led by a scammer.

What really needs to do is send the SEC a note saying "what does it take for you guys to suspend me? I've done everything I can."
