as i understand Gunther our supreme leader stays involve with his division then the $29 million can be used in order to reduce tax consequence
If and when something happens and at this point you would assume something will. I would not be surprised if a reverse split happens soon and backing in another company- assume profitable will be able to skirt taxes for Uncle Sam
You never know with Gunther he may be bamboozling an investor group
